It was close to the legendary 2 move mate, which actually happened to me when I was learning chess. That must have been my worst game (or not).
Recently I played a game, where I missed 4 !!! 1-2 move mates, and eventually lost, because I didn't notice that I could have eaten an attacking queen with a pawn.
Hopefully I learned my lesson. Now I really try to look harder before I move.
