what’s worse a double question mark move or a red x ? and why?

I’m making a scoring system for bad chess where making the wrong move scores points but if you make a good move it deducts points. So a BRILLIANT is negative 4 and a double ?? Is worth 3 or 4 depending on if the red x should be valued the same
