When does your daily tactic limit reset?

Thanks. That's really annoying. I finished late last night, and I'll be out tonight, so I won't get to access them today. Sounds like lazy coding!
Sounds like they really want us to upgrade.
Midnight California time is the reset time.

I became a Gold member yesterday. Worked through the 25 tactics. Now this morning they are still blocked and I can't do any more. My time zone is in GMT. I'm wondering if the site runs on some other time zone and they'll be unlocked later in my day? Or perhaps you have to wait 24 hours since you did the last tactic of your per day limit?
