Ah, you get a different rating for different time controls. Your win was a 10 minute game so it is your 'rapid' rating which has changed to 1402. If you go to your profile and click 'stats' you can see the different categories.
after wining u get points that rise ur rank
if its showing 1200 even after wining games u might playing non rated games try rated games
