It's gone. The site had a limited time license to use the character and likeness and that expired.

You can still get to them via the wayback (archive) site: Play Chess Online Against the Computer - Chess.com (archive.org) and scroll down to the beth harmon bots. It can be slower and flaky, but it seems to work.
