Where should my rating be?
never heard of a 1500 uscf that is 2200+ bullet, I wouldn't trust that guy, he is probably just a troll. Ratings can be under rated or over rated, basically online ratings are close to meaningless anyway and you shouldn't give them too much weight. OTB rating is more important, just play more OTB, be patient in your games, push yourself and you will soar.
According to my personal experience, your OTB rating should be= your chess.com 1200 -2000= -800 (minus 800)OTB rating. ( I am rated 2000 in chess.com but 0 OTB). And myratingis1523 believes that OTB rating=chess.com-600.
Yeah, something not right there with Myratingis1523, 1523 OTB, 2200 bullet and 1250 blitz (with over 1,000 blitz games), almost like 3 different people??????
well if anything he will be account closed for sandbagging, he purposely lost 100 games in a row against computer easy in blitz. and dont listen to DRMRBOSS either, I have seen dozens of his forum posts but at no point has he ever made an attempt to actually help anybody or provide any valuable insight.
Really? I helped people. check this post.

And there are multiple posts in my forum where I mentioned my opinion. @antonioEsfaniari. And I guess you are the one who tell people wrong information and call lower rated players, as noobs. " Hey Noobs, ignore opening "etc.
And I am a royal chess.com member for 10 years, I dont have OTB rating, I can do "Statuary declaration" if necessary. And my ratings in this chess, com are real. I played thousands of blitz and bullet games in my account.

I am rated 1200 on chess.com. However, my OTB rating is 700. Is this normal? If not, what should a1200 on chess.com be rated in OTB?
Do my rating test to figure your rating
Why you care OTB rating if you are playing online? You need to go to chess clubs, member fees, tournments fees, transport fees, your time etc. And then you get some rating number. Will these number satisty your hardwork of chess life, I mean 1000 or 2000 OTB will boost your ego? Do you really enjoy playing OTB ?
If so go for it.
But I think there may be a lot of people who dont care for it ( including me, I dont care my OTB is 0 or 2000)
Online vs OTB is something like you watch football online, you sit exam online etc.
OTB is just a lot more fun. and drmrboss if you have something against OTB keep it to yourself and dont spam chess.com forums where you are obviously discouraging/trolling people who ask about OTB ratings. You posted over a dozen times the exact same line " I am 0 otb, 2000 online" how does that help anybody? You can't even argue or make a case, it's just pure trolling. If you are against the fees of OTB that's understandable, but I think OTB is very healthy for all chess players, especially new players who are trying to figure out where they are on the totem pole.
Also you can play OTB and meetups with NO fee, or you can play OTB tournaments which are possibly the best way to improve... Forced focus for hours on end, while writing down all of your moves and physically touching pieces. It is possibly the best improvement method.
" I am 0 otb, 2000 online" how does that help anybody?"
Of course, OTB rating also depends on how easily you can access the tournaments. I live in rural area of Australia. The nearest chess club is 600+ away. For one tournament, I have to move to town for one week and accommodation fees, and other fees will cost me "1000-2000$" in one tournament. And I have to play around 5 tournaments or 30 games to get OTB rating. or cost me around $10000.
There may have other peoples where chess clubs are far, no official rated tournaments in town etc.
So people who have 1500 online rating may have 1500 OTB, meanwhile who have 2000 online rating may have "0" OTB.
Will I spend $10000 to get my OTB? And that 30 OTB games will really make a difference in my chess skill? For me I am not interested, but if you are crazy in OTB rating , then go for it.
