Which blitz pool is the strongest 3/5/10min

I play 5 minute almost exclusively.  When I am really mad and want to get some quick wins I sometimes play 3 minute but it burns me out really fast and I start losing if I play too many games.  For whatever reason 3 minute games seem closer to bullet games imo while 5 minute games seem closer to standard.  I think the pools are about equally competitive though as a player who is relatively quick in the 5 minute pool but slow in the 3 minute pool.  10 minute games are my favorite because you can really challenge yourself to think but the problem is almost no one is playing them above the 2000 level. I am not a good enough calculator to play good chess with very little time.  It is always amazing watching masters like jb or chessbrahs play short games and see more than I see in a normal game .

I don't think rating has anything to do with time controls. I'm a newer player. In untamed games I lose and draw a lot but in 5 min games I crush my enemy by mate or by simply being defensive enough to run their time out lol

In 5 minutes games I brought my rating back to 1200 from a major fall. I was thinking to much in 10 minute game and 1 minute turn games
