Which is Better Knight or Bishop?

This completely depends on the position. Because of the bishop's longer reach it is widely considered to be slightly more valuable than the knight especially in open positions. The knight on the other hand has a unique movement allowing it to become much more unpredictable. I know that you would probably get the exact same response if you were to search this up so I'm going to give a more detailed response.
While each piece thrives depending on the situation(knights in closed positions and bishops in open position) I would generally consider them dead even. They are considered equal material for the same reason. Pawn structures also heavily impact a bishop's relevancy since they are stuck on their own color proving that just because they have longer reach doesn't necessarily make them better.
When working in pairs it can also change the entire scenario. For example a bishop pair would make a powerful combo and is capable of completely restricting a king's movement in open positions. Honestly pick whichever one you think is better but just consider these factors too. =)
