I agree. Why reply this useless thread ?
Rule 1 : Rooks should be linked as soon as possible.
Rule 2 : Rooks are heavy pieces that should not be "thrown" at chesboard centre too fast in the opening.
Rule 3 : Rooks should search for control of semi-open or open columns.
Anyway, curiosity is not always a default :)

There's a variation in the Budapest Gambit that quickly plays a5-Ra6-Rh6.
which opening makes the rooks playable the most soon possible and z
