Try 1.Nf5+ (cut off K escape), 2 options >1...Kf1 leads to 2. Rh1++ and 1...Ke1 leads to 2.Rxe2+, 2 options>>2...Kd1 or 2...Kf1, both followed with 3.Rh1++
White goes and check mate after 2 moves
It's there.
Try thinking which Black moves are not currently covered and remembering it's a puzzle so you probably don't need to look at checking moves or captures.
See what pieces are needed to mate after Ke1, then think about Kg3. I'm sure you'll get there if you give it a fresh look.
I can post the answer if you really want, but other people will probably want to try. (Obviously not bad a puzzle.)
I found the following riddle in my archive and I couldn't find the solution, not back in the days and not even now. I analyzed all the possible first moves, but cannot solve it. Does someone know what is the key move here?
