Im not happy with that when I post something it should stay posted I'm really not up for forum post independence next they will only want to work set hours and equal pay

Well, if a mod or staff felt that the post was against forum rules, they would have deleted it. I find it interesting that several folks asked you what the forum was about, and yet you haven't responded. It makes me think that maybe you knew it was against the rules, and are just trying to find the specific mod who enforced the rules on you.
