Carlsen will win. I guess based on the GM Peter Heine Nielsen who coached boach of them in the past also thinks Carlsen but that all depends on the game today where Anand has white pieces.

Anand is historically an e4 player, I believe. According to chessgames.com, his top openings with white are the sicilian, ruy lopez, closed ruy lopez, french, and caro-kann, which are all e4 openings.
I have been reading his book of his best games, and in all of his white games through 1992 (as far as I have gotten) he played 1. e4.
He did play the Catalan against Topalov though, and quite a few d4 games against Kramnik, so perhaps your prediction is correct. I wouldn't give him a 90% chance of playing d4 though, I don't believe it is that likely.
Going deeper into my analysis, and looking at Anands team, Chanda Sandipan and Peter Leko play mainly e4 according to chessgames.com, while Krishnan Sasikiran and Radoslav Wojtaszek play mainly d4. This still does not give us a definite conclusion about what move to expect.
Anand will probably play either e4 or d4, but I am not sure how anyone could predict which move he will play.
I think Carissa Yip will win this because she is young.
Look, these two gentlemen are obviosuly very old. It is very probable that they both will die before the 6th game due to their old age.
Subparagraph 234/d. of Paragraph 123/f/22. of Point 2013/11/09. a). of the Match Regulation says if both players die before the match is conlcuded than the world championship should be adjudicated to Carissa Yip.
