Idk about Batman but Magnus will beat Bruce Wayne.

Magnus because batman doesn't have chess knowledge, so it's impossible to beat a gm without knowing anything about chess, i suppose. But if batman have the time to prepare himself for the fight, he'll win.

As they all say, there's no one Batman can't beat with enough prep time. For chess, that prep time might be a bit too long.
