Bullet chess isn't really chess, because most sub-1500 players make random premoves in hopes of winning on time, which is pointless and an easy way to gain ELO, especially in 15-second games.

He wasn't banned because of gaining a lot of elo against bullet players, but for manipulating different acounts that could be his alts.

But then he would have some title and be skilled
He's an ultrabullet specialist. He is decent at blitz as well and probably close to master strength.

Master titles are singlehandedly added to a player's account, and you can't get them by just reaching a certain ELO on chess.com. Titles are given by FIDE, and to get a title, you need OTB chess experience. Any title other than candidate master and national master requires tournament experience. Although he is probably good enough to beat some masters in bullet or blitz, he won't be able to get a title.

I know, I later wrote how illogical for a 2000 rapid player to have a 1000 daily rating and a 3000 bullet rating, higher than magnus and hikaru. I stated that most 2000 rapid players have the potential to have a title such as the national master title, making it a bit suspicious when a user without a title gets very high elo. This was my statement

We know he was cheating because he had various alt users who would lose to him so he could gain elo. Accounts such as @hiMyNameiSALEXFJ, @anthonychess69, and @pawnprabu321. All of these accounts have fortunately been closed. They were likely his alts and were used to boost his rating
