Fritz 16 is on 12 position in TCEC and on 14 position in CCRL 40/4

Undoubtedly, stockfish would be best if stockfish were running on $25 million hardware. In fact any top 10 engines would be best if they were running on $25 million hardware.

Maybe AlphaZero was the "best" but is no longer available. 
I mean i thing A0 never play TCEC. From engines in this category Houdini is very strong And Stockfish is perfect as free
