Every time I see a photo with a chess board in an ad or news story, magazine article, I'd check to see if it was set up legally.

I am not looking for a strong master who has had some off days (e.g. Nigel Short)
The person must be playing for a substantial amount of time.
The person is at least 10 years of age.
I have a few candidates:
Ruth S Arluck
Ken Cohen
I am sure that these are all great people to be with, etc, but perhaps chess is not for them.
