I'm actually quite strong in my point of view but FChopin99 is correct.

The worst chessplayer is the one, who has no fun by playing chess.
We all have heard of the chess greats. Fischer, Kasparov, Carlsen, etc. But who is the worst, I mean the WORST rated player there is?
