This is one of the oddest questions. If the individual has legitimately met the criteria for becoming a GM, then using the term worst, when describing them, seems incongruent; its like asking --"who is the worst best..."

I don't recognize the question, however, a question in the form of " who is the strongest among the elite." is worth consideration. If one were interested in ranking them according to some criteria,that would be a place to start.

Chess does a far better job of attempting to find who is playing the strongest, than almost any other game or sport. Certainly much better than the farcical displays we see in all the major spectator sports, especially those in the USA.

Gukesh only won the world championship because Ding threw the last game. If Ding wasn't going through mental health struggles, he could have probably held it down for quite a while.
