You should play a little bit slower and you should always blunder check your moves. Your last rapid games were good, but in the 2nd to last you blundered your queen, but you were lucky that your opponent was confused on how to deal with a passed pawn and didn’t see it as a threat, but you wouldn’t have lost your queen if you just took with the queen. When your opponent sacrifices a piece don’t let your automatic mind take it immediately and instead think of what you should do.
