Why am i auto resigned when my opponent is the one delaying ???

When ireach the point of winning my opponent delays,and immidietely,iam auto resigned ,and it shows iloose the game after resigning ??
idk. I have a similar problem in Bughouse where the game instantly forces me to resign upon the creation of a game... it is very bothersome. wish chess.com would actually try and fix some bugs instead of constantly approving new HD video advertisements, which actually impede my ability to play fast in clutch moments at times due to my less than brand new computer... upsetting.
