why am I didn't get the achievements (rapid, blitz, bullet)

Hi guys, I recently wondered why I didn't get the achievements like Rapid 1, Blitz 1, Bullet 1
If you check my profile, I had played all three of them with over 100 times per type, but I still don't get those awards, what's the problems here?
I had also tried a variety of ways, but still not working. I had contacted to support many times, but only one replied me back yesterday and they said will repair this bug soon. How "soon" is this(. ❛ ᴗ ❛.)

Those achievements are broken
