I am muted for 60 minutes/1 hour because i was playing bughouse and after each game there is need bishop need pawn ect..... so after each game i press need pawn need bishop ect and i got muted because of that..... So i LOST the game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think some code says" If someone types (x) amount then mute them for 60 minutes" im not an expert at coding but yeah something like that maybe!

You're getting flagged by the auto-mod for flooding the chat and so getting a mute that applies only to live chat. That's why you can post here but not in the chat.
I'm guessing what's happening is that you're spam-clicking the "need pawn", etc., buttons to communicate with your partner, and the auto-mod is interpreting that as spamming.
If you slow down your clicking instead of spam-clicking those buttons, you should be fine.
