I think you should try solving a few tactic puzzles, and then make a little break with chess (a few hours probably), then, you can start again playing chess and you will win again! thumbup

Whenever you lose a game, stop playing and analyse it first.

Sounds like you're on tilt, you need to take a break, get some sleep, eat and drink something, and then go back.

You win some , and you lose some ! 🤷‍♂️…….happens in every game .

It is the chess.com matchmaking algorithm. They want to make sure you stay on the website for the longest amount of time to show you ads, so they will give you some days when you win a lot, and some day when you lose a lot. Very crafty...

That's what separates titled players from beginners. They are extremely consistent.

Exactly chess.com will control your mind and make you play bad moves, so you can watch more of their ads. I don’t think anyone could possibly come up with a better explanation.

And how do they control this and if so then why does this happen to me on lichess which is a non profit website? Your explanation makes no sense.

if you are always terrible, that can explain why you sometimes terrible xD

sometimes, its just you having a bad day or your opponents having good ones. You should try to be observant on whats usually constant on your bad days, you may find a pattern. Could be that you slept bad, or issues with sugar level( something i see rarely discussed among chess players) or periodic stressors that distract you.
