I don't much like Daily chess. I mostly enjoy OTB but you can't have that every day. I enjoy good blitz games, just not the angry brainless ones.

... but if you really do want to "think and produce a beautiful game", you can't beat Daily.

You can try a longer timer. When I was younger, I liked to play a lot of 15+15 and 20+20.
It took much of the "rush" out of the game and brought the thoughtfulness back into it.
I don't think they are angry, there just isn't enough time to make thoughtful moves unless you are near master level. The fastest I ever play is 5 + 5 and even that feels like a rush. In a 3 minute game I am literally making random moves just trying not to flag, I don't know how people do it.
