Why are chess.com puzzles so frustrating?

I think at the end it also shows which rating the puzzle is, so you get more pounts for a higher rated one ?
Why sometimes it seems like chess.com unfaired me by declaring that my puzzle solution is wrong yet my solution was also correct....😏😔

Can you provide examples? Most likely your solution overlooked something.
There are some problem puzzles, but not very many
