Inconsistency never goes away. If you asked Magnus Carlsen, he'd talk about his inconsistency in his play, though obviously it's on a much higher level. That's just how chess is. All kinds of things affect your ability to play at your best - if you're hungry, tired, hung over, annoyed, upset. All these things can detract from playing your best game.
In the meantime, I would recommend that you play a lot more than you do. Looking at your profile, you have 650 or so games in two years. I would suggest that you drop bullet completely until you gain a few hundred rating points, and play more blitz instead. I recommend 3/2. The more you play, the faster you learn.
You'll still be inconsistent, but you'll be inconsistent with a higher rating.
help some games i play like a 1400 according to game review and quite often i get 80+% accuracy, but a lot of the time I play like a 900 with 60%. I think my rating is probably around 1100, but my games are very inconsistent and strange, it really depends on my mood sometimes i'm better sometimes i'm worse. How do I maintain consistency throughout games without losing patience and become really awesome and cool
