The accuracy ratings are relative, I think. Don't worry about about your numbers. You need to study and there is post after post about resources on here. I recommend the Lessons section. Good luck to you.

The problem with accuracy is that if your opponent is playing dumb moves it will be very high, but if your opponent is playing tactically and you don't see the counters it will plummet like rock.
