I would not look to much into it. The players in this game obviously were not good. I notice the much lower rated players are rude

I see these nasty messages like players calling others "cowards" for winning a game and not taking a rematch. And it's just posted on their profile, these nasty messages.
Why do the mods allow negative things like this?
They are just poor sports.
This is the example I read from someone else's profile where higher-rated Black was blaming White for leaving:
"another 1 and done player. They get lucky and leave. Coward!"
