This can occur for a variety of reasons. Will you let me know how you play on the site? Are you using a computer an web browser? A mobile and an app? Let me know as much detail as you can on the browser and app versions and so forth. Also, when the game starts, does it take you longer than 20 seconds to make your first move as either Black or White in the game? What happens just before the game ends and you see the restriction message?

Your guys keep telling me that I have abandon games to they are prohibiting me. It is the other way round. I have lost many games because the server freezes and I think my opponents are intentionally doing that. But you keep punishing me. Why? Especially when am leading then they freeze my internet and I go on to lose the game. Why? Look at my live and online score and you will understand.
