why can I not get the Award for 3-D pieces?😠

I don't know, but usually clicking on the blank question mark for the award tells you it.

Sorry, I meant the lock that shows on above the name of the award.

If you meant the 3D Glasses award, you probably have  to go into settings to adjust it, I will check how you do it.

You go to the gear in the left bottom area of the screen, you click all settings, you go into Board and Pieces section, you click the down arrow for Pieces, then you scroll all the way down to the bottom, there will be 6 options for 3d.

If you don't have access to a PC, your local library is free and chances are this site is not blocked on their PCs. 

Just a matter of finding an available one when you want it.

Did you play with the 3d pieces or you just changed them in settings and wait for the award?
