Says you have to respond to an activation email to complete the change.

You can only change to an email address that isn't in use

I have the same question so thanks for the link. However I can’t remember my chess.com password so I can’t change my email. How do i reset my password, there isn’t a link for that on the page you provided. Thanks again.

If you have access to the old email, you would need to use the forgot password option when logged out
