Why chess.com bots never resign?

It's year 2025 and mankind has achieved quite a lot.
We now have artificial intelligence based on neural network that can drive cars, solve Schrödinger equations, generate images, and compose music.
Yet, we still don't have a chess bot that would respectfully resign in a lost position or offer a draw in a pawnless rook vs rook endgame.
Why chess.com, why? cry

Because We humans give up on lost positions because we try to win, where as bots are not trying to win, they are programed a specific way. They are just trying to pass our time, not theirs. They don't care about winning. although it would be cool if chess.com had a bot who could resign, propose a draw & stuff.
