Why chess.com stopped giving me points for cheaters?

If you haven't received any refunds then you likely haven't been playing accounts that have been closed for fair play violations. There are some limitations on when refunds happen as well, so there's also a chance that any closures fell within those limits.

The site closed 62,500+ accounts in May for fair play violations and has a full team of staff working on reports along with some automated systems for detection.

I remember a while back. I used to every now and then get a notification from chess.com that my points were re-instated because someone was deemed a cheater. Of course back then I had no idea on which game it was, and while playing the game I wouldn't even know whether someone cheated or not and just assumed that the person has genuinely outplayed me.
But now, I can't even remember when was the last time I got this notification. Which worries me that a lot of my games seem to have cheaters. Indeed sometimes when I play with someone, he seems to always find the best moves after playing mediocre. It comes especially in those games were my opponent had a winning position and then lost it, they seem to recover it back. My gut tells me that they feel that they are entitled to the win because they were winning before anyway and only lost because of a "blunder" on their side that they shouldn't have made.
Anyway my question is. Anyone has any idea of what's going with chess.com not enforcing the rule as they did before? Or am I just mistaken and it's all in my head?
