Why chessdotcom is doing nothing to sexual assault using game chat? I think they are more concerned about the flag of Russia (hail puttin) than securing the safety of female players. They even block my 4 years old account for helping my female friend reporting the account of the assaulter.

Chess.com tries hard to discourage online abuse through a number of ways include chat moderation filters, moderator involvement and active responses by support.

I don't know your particular case. And since you have a brand new account (36 minues old), there is no history attached to your account and no way for me to quickly track it down.

Using the report button to flag abuse and contacting support directly continue to be the best ways to help out. Trying to protect other players by being abusive yourself is not the answer.

Just turn off chat if you have a problem, it's literally that simple to avoid abuse.
