Some people just lose their mind when they lose there queen. I think that's kind of lame but it happens to us all.
MidnightExpress has naked women walking around when he plays chess. The guy is really a GM but gets distracted.

What is Kany? and after 22.f3 black will do Bxc1 not Bf5
After trade, Black still have a pawn adventage. Think your opponent didnt thought good or he didnt want to play the endgame cos he is losing.
