Some people just lose their mind when they lose there queen. I think that's kind of lame but it happens to us all.

After trade, Black still have a pawn adventage. Think your opponent didnt thought good or he didnt want to play the endgame cos he is losing.
The final position is certainly equal, but before that white missed 15.Rd1 which nets either Black's queen, or king.
