why did I suddenly suck?

Hi!
Perhaps you blunder most often that before. To avoid this, you should apply the CCT rule (checks, captures and threats). I wrote something on the subject, check out my post:
Good luck!
If I had to guess what is going on, I would say too much blitz (bullet would be even worse) at beginner stage.
When you start playing a lot of speed chess it is easy to start repeating the same mistakes, get frustrated and start playing even worse and then you start reinforcing those even worse habits.
My advice: Stop playing blitz and bullet. Rapid 15|10 or longer. Only a couple games per day max. Spend the rest of the time on puzzles and studying.
When you are past 1200 rapid, maybe play a couple blitz games here and there, but do not start playing it too much or you will start playing worse again.
Good luck.

You will start seeing a pattern and hopefully improve.
I have never read a book, done puzzle, or been taught… I was taught the basics back in middle/ high and been on and off for years but have been consistently playing lately.

Have you played with indian players!!?? They unless english masters who creates a fusion of new ideas can create great abhoration and vomits.... one of my friends..ok not really my friend...because of playing with indians after indians wants to quit chess forever

Suddenly?
Dagnabbit, I was really gonna post the same exact thing. U beat me to it, good job.
Yeah, stop all speed chess until u reach 1000 then play some for a reward. Let that be ur reward for each 100 points u add to ur rating. Study endings, strategy, pawn structures, tactics, play slow games. If u do that ur gonna jump several hundred really fast. U can jump 1000 in a year.

Review your games and start your session by playing puzzles or drills. Try longer time formats to get in the mode. Good luck!

But you are not 1200 any more. And that is probably because of too much speed chess.
It is not really bad advice.
I am not trying to offend you, but I really think that is the main reason your rating is going downhill.
