Why do I keep getting the same puzzles over and over again?

there is this one puzzle that was so nice that I remember solving recently that I just got, does this happen at the higher levels of puzzles? 

because cc is too dumb to remember what they did and what they didnt do

Yes, there aren't as many high rated puzzles.

yeah but I'm only 3100, and I thought this happens when you exceed 4k because at that point there aren't many puzzles rated 4k for you to solve

There are over 700,000 puzzles but the vast majority are going to be under 3000 rating.

Yeah, the puzzle system gives at least 5 points for solving a puzzle correctly, no matter how long it takes. So it's entirely possible to get really high, unrealistic ratings.

In my opinion, no rating should be gained if your current rating is 800 higher than the puzzle rating (400 may be better).

i mean i got premium so my puzzle rating is still much better, but i agree that its impossible to have 5000
