Currently bouncing between 850/900 depending what kinda day I’m having. Two games in a row today as black and both opponents tried to fried liver me. Dont these people realise that upwards of around 4/500 players know how to counter that nonsense? Actually messaged one thanking him for the free elo!

It’s an aggressive opening by white that threatens a queen and rook fork on like the 5th move. You see it a lot sub-500 because beginners don’t know how to deal with it and end up losing a rook and an uncastled king. Around 500 and up there’s a juicy counterattack that results in checkmate
