I tend to play better In the morning ; I see more then ; and it seems I make less blunders when I'm fresh or after a short break from playing ; like overnight. And the break can be for longer ; but if the break is really long like months. Then it's kinda a toss up as to whether I will play well upon returning ; or not.

Drunk; less stressed.

I often play better when high, but I did most of my chess learning and improvement as a hippie teenager back in the 60s and 70s.

Ditto and kudos to Johnny Too Cool. I learned to play drunk, so I play a better drunk. Too bad I don't drink anymore.
