So there you have it, stop frequently aborting games. The policy is not very strict and reasonable, its annoying for others when games get aborted. You get a warning when you abort games and you have to do it several times. You were warned what the consequences would be and you still did it, the reaction from chess.com is more than reasonable. Clearly it is you who need to change, not chess.com.

OK, if you have problems with your connection and games keeps getting aborted for that reason I would be more understanding. Some people have that issue and I do not think they should be barred from playing chess.

Yeah you have to play games without aborting to get back into the normal pool of players.
