Why doesnt Chess.com allow more then 10 friendrequest

For me this is a problem that chess.com does not allow more than 10 pending friend requests.I mean there should have been 50 or 100 pending requests available.I have always had it as a gesture that I send a friend request to those who join my clubs, to show that I care, many more than 10 people join
