Why I can’t uppercase/lowercase the letters in my username?

Firstly, I have waited for 90 days, to change my username.

I want to uppercase the first letters and have @Fire_Redonly but;

It says it is taken. But it’s taken by me, not anyone else.

I’m asking if there is a way to do it, if not, would the team consider allowing members to change their username with only uppercasing/lowercasing the letters?

As far as I remember, the change-name feature does not let you update the name from, for example, name to Name as it is case insensitive and considers both variants to be equal. So yes, try the superb support bot

As the ai bot says, it is not possible.

Now I’m asking if the team could make it; or not, giving the same reason as the bot said

ask the bot to connect you to an agent.

I’ll try it if I don’t get a response from any staff for a few hours
