So I have been doing puzzles a lot recently, I get usually like 4-8 correct in a row and if I am lucky 12 but I get 1 puzzle wrong my rating will drop 30 points (you only get 5 points per correct puzzle) can we lower this to maybe 10 points unless its like something anyone under 400 could solve in 5 seconds.

It encourages precision – The system is designed to make you think carefully. It discourages rushing through puzzles, since one mistake can erase the gains of many correct answers. This helps in your games. Focus more on accuracy. You'd see an up in your games.

The amount you lose will be higher the larger the difference in the puzzle rating and your current puzzle rating
