actually most people believe deemed "skeptics" think there may be a minute effect, but not enough to worry about or upend the economy over it.  Because things like volcano eruptions affect it way more, and water vapor is a greenhouse gas can you believe that garbage???  ban water vapor!!  also pause and consider, more heat and co2 means food crops grow better.  Ice age = we starve.  So as Putin said, maybe we're worried about the wrong thing, and the russians look forward to any global warming lol

OHHHH NOOO.  Are you seriously comparing natural occurences with human intervention? Water vapor is a greenhouse gas that is naturally ocurring and has always exsited. CO2 has also been in the atmosphere but not at this concentrations.

More heat is good? Have you lost your mind? More heat will drastically change the climate and destroy whole regions. 

Climate change is a complex topic which cant be easily discussed online but saying that warmer temperatures are great and that the more co2 the better is dumb.

There is one common denominator between people that dont believe in climate change - they are nutjobs and they are also old so they dont care about it because they will already be 3 meters deep when the effects of climate change wipe out humanity. Me on the other hand, I dont know if I will be wiped out by the effects of climate change or not but I dont want the whole earth to go to hell.

when the sun beats off water vapor that's normal, but when we boil potatoes or spaghetti that is man made greenhouse gas and it is truly awful!  but like you say, should our parents and grandparents be the ones that get to burn off lots of coal and oil but we have to ride bikes?  that ain't fair, I want mine and like you say, we ain't gonna live forever anyway.  I think we can pollute for the rest of MY life at any rate, after that, who cares?  I learned from media and public education that God won't punish us for polluting bc he don't exist, and in the off chance he does exist, well he's gonna destroy the whole earth with fire when he comes back and rebuild it for us pristine and new anyway.  So we are totally covered either way on the God thing.

I had wondered for a long time why humanity is full of crazy murderers, Stalins, Hitlers and why corrupt craps like the Rockefellers or Dupong dont give a damn about renewable energies or why those nutjobs at Saudi Arabia with a mid life crisis arent scared of global warming and fossil fuels being one of the main causes of it. 

And as you said, it is simple, all those human craps are the definition of egocentric and shameless. They just think "If I am going to eventually die why dont I kill and do bribery so I can enjoy myself". They dont even care about their damn sons that will be actually wiped out by global warming. 

I am an atheist and I care about global warming, even if I am gonna go to the eternal sleep before I see the consequences of global warming. To live life to fullest my damn life has to have a meaning, even if it is not relevant at all in the grand scheme of things, I needed to create a meaning for my life so I could enjoy it to the fullest, and here it is:

Life is damn good and if this is the only crap my fellow human beings will experience I want it to be good. I want future generations to get to see nature and a to enjoy their lives to the fullest. Global warming therefore is a direct threat to my beliefs. 

well I've been gardening with hand tools.  I don't give two craps about global warming, but eating pesticide free food makes sense.  let's find common ground...in gardening!

I grow a variety of aquatic plants so I also do gardening, but it is quite obvious that the fact that they are underwater makes it cooler.

Maybe we shouldn't burn coal anymore. I have an idea though. Maybe instead of coal we can burn people that don't give two craps about global warming. Would not be very efficient and friendly to nature, but might just help. What are your thoughts on it fewlio?

I suggest those that believe in global warming and vote their beliefs be registered, and those people will be required by law to give up their gas or diesel engines, be disallowed from heating with any product that produces greenhouse gasses, and that those people be banned from using any oil based products.  After 10-20 years we can assess how it's going, if we think the climate is improving as a result, the rest of us will join you then.

One thing is control, another one is to completely stop using technology. We all know what you are saying is dumb because just freaking living means having a carbon footprint, how big that carbon footprint is what really matters. 

There is no need for just a few people to try it. Plain logic. CO2 dissapears in a year or so and methane in 10. Less of those gases means less heat retention. Lets all go to the caveman era!

apparently, the people that believe in global warming are not "just a few people."  I call my bill the "lead by example and put up or shut up" bill.  Anyone who does not register under this bill is forever banned from whining about global warming!  And just think of all the worthless hot air that won't be going into the atmosphere.

I dont eat much animal products which contribute to global warming. I currently dont use a car most of the week, I only use it 2-3 days per week (usually just 1)and I have no AC/Calefaction. If anyone did that I can assure you CO2 and methane levels would drop.

No, I just take the 34 Celsius weather like a champ.

I don't eat meat, I'm growing my own food and also for market with hand tools, and we're heating the house with wood in the winter (which is carbon neutral).  I drive once or twice a week and that's it.  So I'm doing a lot better than big talkers like Leonardo Dicaprio, even though I'm sure it's all bunk.  I do what I do for alternate reasons, but you'll find that ultra left wing hippies and ultra right wing homesteaders think very differently but pretty much live similarly, for different reasons.

No need to heat man, the body is already doing it for you. Just roll yourself in 20 blankets and you are good to go. That is how I do it here.
