Hello. Are you unable to send chats during games in general, or is it that there are some users that you can't chat with? Because if it's the latter, the reason is not on your end. Instead, your opponent has selected in their settings that they don't want to receive chats.
Why is my chat disabled for using the approved emoji's?

I like to use an emoji after the games to show my feelings. I don't chat or use words. I only use the emoji one time. I don't spam. Then I find that my chat is disabled as if i'm doing something wrong. How is it wrong to use the emoji?? Is it because people report me just because they lost the game and are crybaby losers? or is chess.com run by people who don't even follow their own guidelines?
