I would think so. There may be other possible explanations but that seems the most likely.
Today I checked the stats for rapid and saw that the average rating stands at only 791.
I remember that just a year or so ago the number was closer to 900. And if you look at old threads you can find 1100, even 1200 mentioned as being the average.
What is going on? Why is the average rating getting lower?
