why is the bullet pool near my rating range dead?

When you restrict your game seeks, you're going to get less games. What have you set your +/- rating range to? You could play in the Swiss bullet tournaments: even if the earlier rounds are easy, you'll soon be playing against people who have been winning as well and are probably closer to your rating.

What’s your seek range? To get opponents in rapid I had to change mine from -50 +inf to -100, then to -150.

Oh wait if you mean open seek games then I have set it at +/- 200 but I've stopped creating seems. I only have like 10 games currently that were seeks and the rest of them were from team matches and tournaments
