Why is the "Play" button not working with me? (Bots Section)

This has been happening to me for more than 2 months and it's very annoying. I need to wait for a solid 5-10 minutes till the bot says a message and the "Play" button will be clickable.
How can I get rid of this?

Hey dude, do you play on the website? Im having the same problem but in my case , the play button wont work no matter what I do or how long I wait. Not many people seem to be bothered by this problem but its definitely a big one. Plz tell a solution if you get it

On Mozilla Firefox, press the control key as you reload the page. It refreshes your cache. I had this same problem and this fixed it.

How about on mobile?

If you're on the Android app and the app is installed on an SD card they won't work. It needs to be installed on Internal storage

im also having same problem i can only start my game when the bot gives a messege and it doesnt fix no matter how many times i restart the game,refresh,reload

Those are the kinds of things that you should report using the bug report tool. It alerts the developers to site problems that may have been inadvertently introduced by other changes.

The other day a bunch of people came to report a problem to the forum. Multiple threads were started. It seemed like no one was reading other people's posts.

The problem wasn't fixed until someone made a bug report. Then, feedback was quickly received that the developers were aware of the problem and were working on it.

Within a couple of hours, the issue was fixed.
