Now that Floggs(love that name) have learnt to attach PGNs in his post, I fear his 'calm, composed, non-dictator' masquerade have become useless and his real dictator face is showing up.
I fear Floating ducky was just the first head to roll during Floggs' forum conquest of ultimate dictatorship. You, me and everyone else will be following Ducky's fate soon

Currently, World renowned chess veterans(!!) @FBloggs and @Floating-Duck are debating that Rook is either Castle or Chariot. So either Rook has wheels or concrete base.
However, one thing both agree on is that the Rook has no feet. Thus the Rook cannot wear King's old pair.
Technically the Bishops can, but whether the dark square Bishop or the light square Bishop is eligible to wear them is matter of another argument entirely! 
In Chinese chess, a rook, or 车, is a chariot, while the bishop, 象and相，is an elephant on one side and a prime minister (in feudal China) on the other
