Why is there a trend of gender trolls going around? Its funny but how did it start?

Of course it is up to subjective definition. No one is arguing over those biological facts, they're arguing over what should be the definition of terms like man or woman. I mean, a 100 years ago chromosomes weren't part of the definitions of those then, now some people want them to be. Language change happens all the time.

That'd be nice. Just need to remove the bigoted ideas, hate speech, spam, and troll posts.

It doesn't take much to find them, they are usually within the top threads of two sub-forums here and there are new ones every day or two. As I said, this place is a cesspit of bigotry and hate.

The textbook definition of biological sex before genetics (and it can be found to this day) is that males produce male gametes (sperm) and females ovum (eggs.) That's a pretty straightforward definition. Of course, there are people with birth defects who produce neither, but they aren't a "third" sex or anything, just like people with 12 fingers aren't considered some new kind of human.

Anyhow, I can't believe this discussion is happening on a chess forum, of all places. I think that all conversations that are not on the topic of chess shouldn't be allowed here to begin with. If I had my way, I'd delete them all.

Got bored by the time I got to 16 after only two threads. There's more than enough to post scores of trash posts per day and make a toxic environment.

What do you think my hermaphrodite friend would say here? I haven't seen it, but others in our group have testified they have. He identifies as male, but dresses, well, it's hard to describe, pretty much as a woman, his name is Gigi, has a prostate, is open to talking about it and offers counseling in interpersonal relations. He is very insightful and highly entertaining.

I'm having fun swimming around in the cesspool. A little less testosterone would be nice. I like listening to the kids. We never had this conversation when I was young. It's only recently it has become a hot topic.
